The Opportunity:

The Brisbane Business Support team are looking for a Candidate Manager to come and join the Volume and Assessment Centre arm of the business. The team has seen exceptional growth in the Assessment Centre space and are working with a range of large clients across different industry sectors.

This team is lead by a hands–on and supportive billing manager, a team leader, consultant and candidate manager for volume and assessment centres and 2 very successful and motivated consultants. Due to a Candidate Manager going on maternity leave in mid July, we are looking for a motivated and candidate-focused individual to support large clients sourcing candidates for contact centre positions.


Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Running of assessment centres
  • Working across a number of role profiles including Contact Centre, Client Service Consultants and Claims Mangers
  • Completion of reference and security checks
  • Source candidates through a variety of HR technology platforms

The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational and administration skills, expertise in sourcing tools, work well under pressure, and be able to provide exceptional customer service to our valued candidates.
