Recruitment Specialist
The role supports a range of talent acquisition advisory and administrative services to ensure selection and engagement of the most capable staff for a range of roles. The role delivers high quality, consistent and timely bulk recruitment support with a focus on continuous improvement and keeping up to date with contemporary recruitment trends.
Responsibilities:
- Support a full range of recruitment administrative services and provides solutions to enhance the engagement of the best candidates for all available roles.
- Assisting with bulk recruitment enquiries and escalation (where required) to ensure accurate and timely advice, resulting in positive customer experience and satisfaction.
- Develop, implement and maintain registers, systems and databases to ensure appropriate management of data and enable efficient and accurate recruitment reporting.
Requirements:
- Essential - Bulk recruitment/high volume recruitment experience
- Essential - Excel - intermediate to advanced
- Ideally Public sector experience

- Location: Hybrid 3-4 days office - Based at Sydney Olympic Park
- Contract length: 4-6 months (may be extended)
- Salary: $50 an hour plus super
