The Role

Our CBD Brisbane office is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Sales, Marketing Digital and Communications team. The focus will be on permanent recruitment. You will establish, grow and maintain key relationships with clients ranging from SMEs to national and international companies. You will also account manage key relationships with clients with whom we have established national and local supplier agreements.

You will be in constant contact with professional candidates and develop long-lasting relationships as you assist with their career development.


Your Profile

You will have a passion for achieving success through hard work. You will have previous experience in a recruitment or sales-based environment. A demonstrated history in Technical and Industrial sales, though not essential, will be highly regarded.

You will be an honest and ethical team player and have the ability to work to activity based KPIs that you will have a hand in setting.
