About the job

Our Early Childhood division in Adelaide is looking for an individual to join our team.

This position is to work within our Early Years team recruiting for temporary and permanent staffing across the early childhood sector. If you like working in a fast paced environment with the latest recruitment technology to support you to grow your candidate base with very little administration getting in your way, then this position is for you.

One of our keys to success is our ability to work together as a team.

I am looking for a consultant who is keen to challenge the norm and redefine the way we do things to ensure we give candidates and clients the best possible experience.

Role responsibilities:

  • Candidate sourcing and generation
  • Manage candidate applications and responses
  • Screen and interview candidates for permanent vacancies using the latest technology
  • Create and maintain communication with existing and new candidates
  • Assist in filling vacancies matching the right candidate with the right job opportunity
  • Go over and beyond to support your candidate to find them their dream job
  • Visit child care centres to show off the latest talent
