Recruitment Consultant
Randstad is currently recruiting a unique opportunity for an individual with an interest and passion in local councils.
Due to growth within our Local Council portfolio, an opportunity for an recruitment consultant based in our Adelaide CBD office has arisen. You will have the chance to work with some of the biggest clients within Local Governments.
About your role
With an established large clientele, you will focus on supporting the recruitment of high volume role profiles. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful and strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities include
- End to end cycle of recruitment which includes; planning and executing hiring strategies, posting job advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, facilitating online assessment centres and onboarding candidates
- Partnering and participating in planning for the recruitment for multiple large accounts across Adelaide
- Guiding candidates through obtaining relevant qualifications and ensuring its validity throughout their employment
- Conducting on site induction sessions
- Rostering throughout the operational periods of projects
- Ability to liaise with different stakeholder to ensure shift coverage through the operational periods of projects
- Liaising with marketing to deliver agreed outcomes
- Responding to candidates and managing timesheets, pays and resolving issues if they arise
- Building relationships with candidates through a candidate care management plan which may include performance management
- Nurture and grow client relationships

What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a driven and outgoing consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You will be someone who has experience working in a fast paced environment. You will have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.
