The role

Due to our success our Commercial team is growing and we are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant working with big Government accounts to join our Newcastle team.

Your job roles will be a variety of predominantly temporary office based positions. You will be recruiting for some of our largest and high-profile clients, making placements from Newcastle and the Central Coast as well as with organisations based in regional NSW.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will deal with many different tasks on a daily basis. You will write and post job adverts on several different online channels; source candidates on many different platforms, screen and interview candidates; complete reference checks and then skillfully match these candidates to vacant jobs.

You will also be involved in contacting and meeting with clients to get a better understanding of their recruitment needs and providing them with suitable candidates for their open jobs.

Being a Recruiter means that you have revenue targets, individual and team KPIs to hit. You will be working in a fast moving sales environment and are eligible for great commission based on your performance.

You will have excellent communication skills, will strive to achieve targets whilst working proactively in a team environment, you feel a sense of accomplishment through developing meaningful relationships with people.
