About your role We are currently looking to recruit a trainee recruitment consultant to join our successful team. You will have a focus on recruiting permanent (and contract) professionals such as engineers, drafters, project controllers, project managers, leadership/executives across of range of CPE sectors. The team in Adelaide is headed up by a manager who has been with Randstad for 10+ years and is an expert in all aspects of construction & engineering recruitment, enabling you to harness the power of a dedicated team of eight (8), high performing recruitment consultants. Responsibilities include Candidate sourcing and ongoing relationship managementScreening, interviewing, referencingHead hunting passive candidatesAdvertisingDatabase managementAdministration and reportingWhat you will need to succeed We are looking for a driven, outgoing Candidate Manager who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with candidates in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.
