Our progressive and innovative client created multiple new 3-6 months contract Talent Acquisition Specialist positions. In this role, you are the go-to person for all things Talent related.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you work closely together with other Specialists and Advisers within the team. They are a high-performing team that has innovation at the core of what they do.
Key responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Managing end-to-end volume recruitment internally
- Be the brand ambassador for the organisation and continuously develop the employer brand.
- Developing recruitment practices to identify talent that align with their culture and ways of working, and enables advancements in diversity and inclusion
- Building good relationships with internal stakeholders
What we are looking for as a minimum is previous experience as an Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist or a recruiter from an agency background. You are passionate about building a brand, building relationships and truly partnering with different stakeholders within the organisation. Candidate care is what you pride yourself on.
