Profile

As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Previous experience within a recruitment capacity (Internal or external)
  • Previous experience with Big Red Sky & ERMS
  • Fantastic communication and organisation skills
  • Exposure working with high volume / bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Strong levels of drive and motivation
  • Sound understanding of end to end recruitment process
