About the job
Your job has a strong focus on maintaining existing client relationships as well as assisting in new business development, both via the phone and in face to face meetings. You will also focus your time on sourcing and mobilising the best talent in the Perth market and helping them secure new roles with existing & new client accounts.

  • Leading the recruitment process end to end
  • Furthering great client relationships
  • Screening applicant resumes
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Completing reference checks & gaining industry knowledge
  • Conducting face to face interviews
  • Recruitment / HR administration
  • Mobilisation coordination
  • Medicals and PPE arrangement

Reporting into Liam Hutchinson, Branch Manager Construction, Property & Engineering, you will be part of a very successful, hardworking and close-knit team. Liam has been in the recruitment industry for many years, both in the UK and Australia.

In this role, you will be continually developed by our fantastic onboarding program and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation.

As an ideal applicant, you will have:

  • Previous experience within a recruitment capacity (internal or external)
  • Exposure to working with or managing recruitment mobilisation processes
  • Experience recruiting blue collar roles
  • Fantastic communication and organisation skills
  • Exposure working with high volume / bulk recruitment campaigns
  • Strong levels of drive and motivation
  • Sound understanding of end to end recruitment process

If you do not have recruitment experience but do have the drive and motivation to succeed I would still like to hear from you.
