About our Client

One of Australia’s most loved brands in the FMCG industry are growing and looking for you to join them on this exciting journey.

About the role

You will be responsible for creating a friendly, helpful and welcoming environment for all visitors and staff whilst supporting the day to day functions of the Head Office. Reporting into the EA to the CEO, you will also have the opportunity to support the executive team and Office Manager with company functions and events.

Responsibilities include;

  • Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area and meeting rooms
  • Answering any internal or external calls or emails
  • Manage relationships with external providers e.g. cleaners, stationary suppliers & caterers
  • Onboarding new starters including starter packs
  • Production of weekly reports
  • Coordination of events

About you

You will be a forward thinking and passionate individual with a “get up and go” attitude, who engages and build rapport with a wide range of individuals and communicates effectively at all times. You will be self driven and work with a high level of integrity whilst being able to plan ahead and use your initiative.

Your experience will include;

  • Working in a similar role
  • Proficient in all MS Office programs
  • Ability to Build relationships with stakeholders
