About the role:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships via phone, email and face-to-face and respond to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Provide a high level of customer service at all times with professional and clear communication
  • Maintain administrative duties as required
  • Management of data within internal database

About you:

  • Several years experience within a reception role
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service within a busy environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team as well as independently
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Initiative and confidence to tackle any task given to you
  • Strong computer literacy skills, particularly Microsoft Office suite, and ability to work with specialised databases
  • Experience with Synergetic ideal
  • Working with Children Check mandatory
  • First Aid certificate ideal, but not essential
