Randstad are a preferred supplier for a number of Federal, State and Local Government Departments and have a variety of temporary assignment opportunities coming up.

    Duties will include:

    • Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls and general email enquiries, including organising roster of duties
    • Taking payments and receipting.
    • Checking and responding to emails.
    • Absentees.
    • General office administration duties
    • Providing a high level support to the department where needed

    The ideal candidate:

    • A patient, efficient multi-tasker with excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
    • Good attention to detail and able to follow policies and procedures.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Ability to work well in a collaborative team whilst having the ability to work independently.
    • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office suite
