    Your new role will involve providing front of house support as the Receptionist. You will be working autonomously and will be required to be the face of the company and greet people with a smile! This role is an ongoing temporary role with potential to go permanent for the right person. This is a great role for someone who enjoys both administration and meeting people!

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Welcoming and greeting clients and visitors
    • Answering the switchboard and transferring calls
    • Receiving and distributing mail and deliveries
    • Booking and setting up meeting rooms
    • Ensuring visitors are appropriately checked in and adhere to safety procedures
    • Keeping a clean and tidy reception area
