They are now looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their Minto office on a full time basis, 38 hours per week.

Your New Role
In this role, you will report to a manager renowned for their friendly and nurturing management style. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcome visitors, contractors and manage reception.
- Handle phone calls and provide administrative support to the team.
- Place orders for supplies and equipment.
- Handle invoices, generate certificates and paperwork.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

About You
- Previous experience in Reception, Administration or Call Centre.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word & Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Must be available to start on 14th October 2024.
