Ever wanted the opportunity to work for a leading construction company in the Melbourne CBD? Then this it! As the face of the business the successful receptionist must be self driven, organised, professional, friendly and have the ability to think on thier feet.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

Answering and directing phone calls
Maintainence of office records and supplies
Data Entry
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Booking meeting rooms and travel
General receptionists tasks

Must have skills include:

Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong Computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
High attention to detail
Work autonomously
Ability to work within a fast paced environment
