The Opportunity
From greeting customers and visitors, to providing administration support to the head office based in Heidelberg, this receptionist position will facilitate all aspects of customer service, ensuring the reception area is professionally maintained and customers are dealt with proficiently.
This position will be based in Heidelberg working 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday 830am till 5pm
You will be responsible for:
- Front desk management
- Ensuring visitors are greeted, made to feel welcome and directed to the appropriate person
- Co-ordinate internal meetings, including room bookings, catering & room preparation
- Management of incoming and outgoing mail
- General assistance to other staff including scanning, filing & photocopying
- Ad-hoc administration duties
You will have:
- Relevant reception experience
- Well presented with a position & friendly attitude
- Commitment to providing outstanding levels of customer service
- Intermediate computer skills - Word, Excel & Google Docs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
