The Role

This diverse role will see you running the reception desk within a fast paced office. You will be communicating with support staff and members and clients responding to their needs as well as general administration duties.

  • Answering high volume of calls and answering emails
  • Be the face of the company and welcome guests and clients
  • Rostering of care workers including on-call
  • Provide a high level of customer service to our customer base as necessary
  • Assisting with transport and home care assistance
  • Operation of main office phone switchboard
  • Use of internal software including TRACCS
  • Ordering and distributing PPE supplies

About You

  • Holds a current police check (must have been completed within the last 3 months and able to produce a copy)
  • Holds a current blue card and yellow card
  • Prior experience within the health, aged care or disability sector
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Punctual and reliable with the ability to work outside core hours when required
