We are seeking an organized, friendly, and professional Receptionist to join our clients team in Thornton!
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will be crucial in creating a positive and welcoming environment while supporting the office operations.
Full time role Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm
Start your adventure with us as a temp for 2 weeks to 2.5 months and work towards transforming this role into a permanent position!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Responding to incoming calls and conducting outbound calls
- Curating and handling email communications
- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.

- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
