Randstad Albury is currently recruiting for multiple reception people for short and long term assignments in the Albury/Wodonga region.

We are seeking enthusiastic receptionists who is looking for part time or full time hours.

The duties of the candidate will include but are not limited to:

  • Receptionist duties including answering and making calls
  • Greeting clients and visitors
  • Office administration such as filing and record-keeping
  • Providing high quality customer service to our clients to meet their needs and service requirements
  • Accept, prepare receipts and record payment of invoices at reception as required
  • Prepare, record and lodge outgoing mail


To be eligible for this role you will need

  • Previous experience in reception roles
  • Current Driver's License
  • To either currently hold or be able to obtain a Working With Vulnerable Peoples Card or police check
  • To have high attention to detail
  • To have strong communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Competent in Microsoft Office
