job description

Your duties will include:

- Manage Reception duties and greet clients

- Manage inbound phone calls and direct enquiries

- Attend to kitchen duties

- Daily mail distribution, collection and coordinating couriers

- Assist with preparation of presentation documentation

- Coordinate requirements for interstate staff

- Maintain office supplies and manage office deliveries

- Ensuring brochures and marketing material are current and relevant

- Arrange meeting room for presentations and catering

- Assist with internal and external client/marketing events

- Assist with reporting IT issues

- Ensure staff, inclusive of visitors, have access to network, drives and phones etc.

- Assist with ad-hoc requests as required
