  • Full-time permanent role, paying up to $50-55k + super

Our client is a leading provider of technology-driven business solutions across both private and public sectors throughout the world. They pride themselves on being creative, ahead of the curve and offer cost-effective and tailor made solutions to all their clients.

As a company with strong belief in internal development and growth an opportunity has come up within their shared services team due to an internal promotion. This team is looking after their contract with NSW government and you will be managing front desk

You will be responsible for:

  • Representing the face of the company; first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizing the booking of meeting rooms, video conferences and teleconferences.
  • Liaising with office services and catering staff to ensure the efficient operation of the office environment.
  • Completing all administrative support duties as required by the team including filing, photocopying and proof reading.
  • Maintaining the presentation of the office and general house keeping.
  • Managing enquires over the phone and email.

Your profile will demonstrate:

  • Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form
  • A genuine desire to assist internal and external customers
  • Recent proven experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities- strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • A positive can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Must have comepleted HSC and DIPLOMA OR BACHELOR DEGREE
