job description

The role

Randstad is currently partnering with multiple State and Federal Government departments and is recruiting professional receptionists to work within a corporate environment. You will be well presented, have an excellent phone manner and exceptional customer service skills.

Day to Day Duties

  • Responding to client and customer queries via phone and email
  • Diverting calls to appropriate departments
  • Meeting and greeting clients and customers
  • Manage appointments and coordinate meeting rooms
  • Assisting with administrative duties
  • Ensuring reception area is well presented
  • Organising courier and mail deliveries
  • Signing in visitors

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience within Government is highly desired
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Outlook
  • Great attitude and work ethic
