Randstad are currently recruiting for a versatile Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join a leader within the Engineering, Design & Construction space. This is an exciting temporary opportunity with the potential to move into a permanent position.

Daily duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide a high level customer service
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Set up and prepare meeting rooms
  • General administrative support for the office
  • Coordinate events
  • Order stationary and office supplies
  • Liasion with facilities management & stakeholders
  • Mail and couriers
  • Maintain kitchen and office space
  • Submit applications
  • Check & issue site inspection reports
  • Preparation of fee proposals

The ideal candidates will have the following skills/attributes:

  • Great telephone manner and communication skills
  • Competent in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Previous experience and desire to increase skill set in a new environment
  • QLD Drivers Licence
