About the role:
Due to an internal promotion, an opportunity has become available for an entry level Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who is looking to kick start their career. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact and therefore, seeking someone who is well presented with excellent communication skills.
This is a wonderful opportunity to fill a full-time permanent position based at the company’s head office in the Adelaide CBD. This position is ideal for a school leaver or someone with 6-12 month’s work experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and efficient phone call transfers and customer liaison
- Maintain efficient front reception desk
- Providing administration support to the Team Leader
- Mail, filing and banking tasks
- Monitoring email inbox
- Preparing Welcome Letters and Claim Letters
- Data entry/Archiving
- Kitchen duties; and
- General administrative duties as required
