One of the worlds largest FMCG companies is seeking a part time Receptionist / Administrator to join their inclusive and fast paced team in Chatswood. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is seeking a work-life balance, returning to work or has other part-time obligations. The role is so start on the 5th of June and the hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday: 11:30AM - 5:30PM
  • Friday: 8AM - 5PM

The overall responsibility of the part time Receptionist is:

  • Answering and directing phone calls using a switchboard
  • Greeting visitors on arrival in a friendly manner
  • Ordering stationary supplies on request
  • Meeting room management
  • Office maintenance

Skills Required

This role requires a high level of communication, customer service and attention to detail.

In addition, you will have:

  • At least 1-2 years experience in Reception or Administration
  • Experience with a switchboard
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Ability to work in a team / autonomously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
