About the role:

This is your chance to join a fast growing, innovative and industry-leading tech firm as a Receptionist. Based in the CBD, you will be working in a large and busy office. You will be responsible for a mixture of administrative and client service based tasks. You will have a mixture of front facing client contact and over the phone contact. This is a unique position that allows you to work autonomously, within a large team and take full ownership of your role. Working standard business hours you are able to achieve a work-life balance. If you are seeking stability, love working with people and have either reception or customer service experience then this role is for you! This is a permanent opportunity and will be looking for someone to commence ASAP.

Your responsibilities as a Receptionist:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone and email
  • Accurate & timely completion of ad hoc administration tasks
  • Accurate database management
  • Maintenance of office supplies
  • Liaising with building maintenance where required
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures

About you:

  • Reception experience is ideal
  • Customer service experience is highly desirable
  • Tech industry experience is highly desirable
  • You love working with people and being part of a team!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated & proactive
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
