Randstad is currently open to applications for Reception Adminsitrator and Customer Service Professionals. In this role you will set the example as the “face of the company”, providing exemplary customer service in a diverse role, as the office all rounder. With your positive, approachable and customer oriented work ethic, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation, as a skilled receptionist and administration professional.
Reception and Customer Service Duties
- Effective communications with multiple stakeholders, including phone and email
- Greeting customers and company partners
- Maintain office inventory and cleanliness
- Scheduling and diary management
- Work with CRMS and other operating platforms
The successful candidate will
- Demonstrate experience in customer service and reception duties
- Have previous experience collaborating within a team
- Enjoy a friendly team environment where your achievements are recognised
