The Company

Working with one of Australia’s largest Tier 1 contractors, the opportunity to grow with the company and be part of expanding its footprint is paramount. The Role

  • Manage and close out all contract administration functions, including; claims, variations, EOT's and reports to the client.
  • Compile all commercial communication/correspondence to the client in conjunction with the contract parameters
  • Train engineers and site staff in relation to contractual entitlement, risk and notice periods
  • Procurement and administration of key subcontract packages
  • Manage all contractual and commercial matters with the Project Manager

The Skills

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years industry experience
  • A solid understanding of delay and disruption claims
  • Experience in civil infrastructure construction projects
