A State Government agency with Registered Training Organisation accreditation focusing on providing training and assessment services to volunteer members across Is seeking an experienced RTO Quality assurance co-ordinator to assist in the preparations for their regular RTO Audit.

This two month contract role will predominantly focus on preparations for the Audit process in line with ASQA and AQTF standards.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong communication skills to professionally liaise with a range of stakeholders including trainers, volunteers, students and regulatory professionals
  • Competent computer literacy and data entry skills to develop, maintain and produce records, documents and reports of a varying nature
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills with the ability to follow processes and instructions to manage and coordinate a busy workload
  • Previous RTO experience
  • Strong understanding of RTO standards and AQF guidelines

    Desirables:

Experience in an RTO audit Highly Valued.

Tertiary qualifications in L & D, Organisational Behaviour, Human Resources or a related discipline desired

Develop and maintain effective partnerships with emergency management partner agencies and
external training providers to enhance capability development.

Prepare resources, processes and documentation for a scheduled RTO audit to ensure requirements for accreditation review is met.
