Be a part of an exciting & dynamic operations team for a national Early Learning education group, helping pave the future for Australia's youth!


Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide effective assessment and reporting on the quality, compliance, process and business management of the centre whilst providing guidance and coaching in addressing areas of improvement. Travel is an absolute must!

Your portfolio is unique and will include our centres in WA and NT.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct scheduled quality assessments of practices and company processes, which align with the company balanced scorecard, at an allocated region of centres
  • Provide recommendations for ongoing improvement based on the results of the quality assessment that also comply with the National Quality Framework and best practice industry standards
  • Utilise internal reporting tools and systems to support the assessment process, and to provide detailed and concise data to key stakeholders
  • Advise on the training and development needs and plans for centre managers and education teams
  • Encourage focus on continuous improvement by effectively coaching and mentoring managers
  • Follow documented processes and contribute to process review and improvement
  • Develop quarterly review schedule, including full week of reviews with scheduled Monday office/admin day


  • Diploma in Children's Services (or higher)
  • Current Working with Children Check or equivalent
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred)
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent desired
  • Diploma of Management (preferred)
  • 5 years’ experience as a Centre Manager
  • Experience in the delivery of training and assessment of staff & processes
