job description

Essential:

  • Tertiary degree in Science
  • 5-10 years' experience in a Chemical Analysis role
  • Robust practical experience for NIR library establishment
  • Understanding requirements of the relevant codes of GMP and GLP (TGA and PIC/S)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Intermediate Excel

Desirable:

  • Experience in the complementary medicine sector
  • GMP Training Certificate
  • Knowledge of SAP and LIMS software

You will be customer service focused, have exceptional communication and attention to detail, employ the willingness to assist and support others in the QC team as required, and have excellent time management. In addition, you will possess the ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.

Overall management of starting material batch test, perform chemical and physical test works - on starting material and finished product in order to control the quality. Establish NIR library for raw material. Responsible for management of QC laboratory facility and equipment. QC documentation, test validation, writing and reviewing SOPs, responsible for adhering to quality systems and HSE policies.Conduct laboratory safety audits and know how to perform extensive risk assessments.
