This leading Global Bank brand which is also one of the largest foreign banks currently operating in Australia. This bank is offering a leading range of Financial Services products including deposit accounts, foreign currency deposits and investments as well as credit cards, mortgages, insurance and Financial Markets products.

As the QA Manager for AML Client onboarding function; key priorities include developing processes and procedures and driving global consistency as they are implemented to meet new and enhanced standards, along with having the appropriate controls, monitoring and reporting in place.

This role will be required to partner closely with key business and operations teams, Compliance, Internal Audit, the respective Regulators, and very senior management to ensure accurate and complete metrics and to build and implement an appropriate control infrastructure for the business

You will also help establish and manage quality metrics and QA review results to proactively assess areas for process improvements and make/propose changes as needed. You will also manage the implementation of the regional QA teams to ensure that all regional QA teams are reviewing the records timely and at a high quality level to ensure compliance with policy and regulatory requirements. You will also help to monitor the end to end client onboarding process for triggers and key risk indicators, inclusive of known gaps.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have previous experience either across Risk / Controls QA experience across Onboarding and AML. You will also need to have the ability to engage with all levels across the business to drive change across Client onboarding.
