    We are looking for TWO experienced Document Controllers with the ability to step in and hit the ground running on a large mining project. START - ImmediatelyCASUAL RATE - $40.00 - 45.00 per hour + super (dependant on experience)DURATION - Approx 3 months (in line with project requirements)LOCATION - ADELAIDE CBD OFFICE Position SummaryPlans, controls, and performs the activities of document management assigned to one or more key result areas of a large project. Responsible in the areas of records management, document control, and client administrative staff. ResponsibilitiesUtilise the standard Electronic Document Management Systems (ECMS), Aconex, to register, control, distribute, and transmit designDocumentation received from Project AdministrationSupport quality audits and internal technical reviews Prepare routine documents using standard word processing, spreadsheets, or other office software as needed to support work activitiesKeep abreast of department technologies, techniques, and services that are availableProvide technical guidance to project personnel in use of document management automated toolsPerform other duties as directed by Document Management LeadCommunicates with client/field/supplier contacts to resolve daily administrative problems on the project Qualifications and SkillsMin 3 years as a Document ControllerAwareness of quality issues, especially revision control and formatting associated with issuing of documentsMust be self motivated and be able to work under minimum supervisionStrong organisational skillsExperience working on large scale projects Experience with Aconex preferredExcellent time management and task management skillsDemonstrated attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work in a high pressured environment Strong problem solving skillsSystems orientedExposure to technical engineering documents is ideal If you feel your skills match the above criteria please attention your CV, including a summary paragraph, to Bethany Lawson and click apply now.
