ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As a true professional, all intervention implemented will be evidence based with tried and proven results. With the patient, and their wellbeing, at the forefront of your thinking, you will:

• Provision of high quality clinical services including assessment and referral, evidence based individual, couple and family counselling
• Deliver complex case management services
• Liaise and form partnerships with key external stakeholders
• Promote community development and services
• Transform the lives of ADF members, Veterans and their families

ABOUT YOU:

• Qualified Psychologist with AHPRA Registration OR Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with full Australian AASW registration (AMHSW)
• Extensive experience within the clinical case management space (2 + years)
• Defence and Veterans Affairs knowledge (distinct advantage)
