About the Role:

The Property Officer will be required to undertake the following duties:

  • Comply with a considerable range of legislation, codes and standards.
  • Undertake ongoing management of the organisations property portfolio.
  • Prepare property submissions for new sites, contingency sites, car parks and adhoc property requests through PDMS.
  • Create and prepare documentation for property capital and minor works projects.
  • Ensure property maintenance is reported, followed up, and completed by liaising with tradespeople, property managers, and contractors.
  • Support senior staff by managing priorities.

  • Experience in the following:
    • Budget Management
    • Scope Development
    • Contract Administration
    • Stakeholder Management
    • Business Management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client focused work ethic
  • Highly developed skills in a range of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using government business systems
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Management skills desired but not essential
