job description

Randstad is excited to be working with a strong Real Estate company based in Brisbane seeking an experienced Property Manager for a contract position.

Key responsibilities in this role will include but not limited to:

  • Market vacant tenancies and schedule leasing inspections
  • Prepare all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation and facility requirements
  • Assess tenancy applications and conduct new resident inductions
  • Carry out scheduled routine inspections of the portfolio
  • Conduct exit inspections and issue resulting fees.
  • Conclude tenancy and applicable bond refunds
  • Inspect and provide detailed report with photos on the condition of properties and to arrange any necessary related works
  • Request applicable FM team/contractor work orders and ensure that all maintenance and servicing is conducted in a timely manner with appropriate notices
  • Tenant liaison - handling queries, complaints, and needs of tenants.
    Compilation of tenant information
  • Conduct Entry Condition Reports and ensure all properties are prepared for occupation

To be successful for this role you must have:

  • 5 + years of Property Management experience within Real Estate
  • Current Certificate of Registration or License
  • Trust account experience
  • The ability to work in a team collaboratively
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
