    We are seeking an experienced Projects/Service Administrator to join our Burwood Head office team. This role will suit someone who has experience in a range of administration functions and is prepared to cross skill to support other accounts and admin team members.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Liaising with Service / Project Engineers, Account Managers and Customers
    • Creation and management of Projects / Service Works
    • Maintenance of Contracts
    • Invoicing for Contracts, Projects, and Service works
    • Portal invoice loads
    • Ensuring Global process for all local and overseas companies within the Oberix Group
    • Liaising with Accounts Receivable to ensure all Customer Accounts are reconciled
    • Completing Daily / Weekly / Monthly tasks to ensure all works are completed in timely manner.

    QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES:
    • At least one year administration experience, working in a professional services environment
    • Excellent problem solving skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Driven and motivated to manage own workload
    • Attention to detail along with excellent time management skills
    • Experience in using Pronto Software would be advantageous, but is not essential
