About the Role

This is an exciting and varied role working for a State Government department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Take and edit meeting minutes
  • Arrange meetings, travel and events
  • Generate documents such as letters, memos, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Prepare, maintain and administer project related procedures ensuring each procedure remains aligned with the Project Management Methodology
  • Track and process invoices
  • Maintain appropriate relationships with key stakeholders

About you:

To be successful in this role you are self-motivating and enjoy working within a team and individually.

  • Prior experience in Project Coordination/Administration
  • Systems experience: TRIM, MYOB, SAP, Objective - desired
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team environment
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
