About the Job

  • Maintain critical project records
  • Take on the role of document controller
  • Assist with coordinating project reports
  • Maintain the site office and office supplies
  • Provides business support to the project team

About you

To be successful, we are looking for:

  • Administrative, business and project support experience
  • A range of computer software, including word, excel, electronic diaries
  • Work organisation with the ability to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Ability to multi-task and deal with conflicting priorities
  • Experience dealing with multiple reporting / line managers
  • Experience in working in a project site team environment
