job description

The role:

The role is to be primarily looking after the NSW / ACT region as well as assist QLD and VIC/TAS states where required.

• Reporting to the Construction Manager – East Coast.

•Close communication with client delivery representatives.

• Creating project plans (baseline) and resource deployment sheets in Primavera 15.2 (Oracle), for internal crews, and to forecast the work front available in the upcoming months, based on these schedules.

• Identifying critical activities and projects (at risk of not being completed in contractual timeframes)

• Doing paperwork and applying for General and Asbestos work permits to site Facility Managers for their approval

• Vetting of all submissions (drawings/documents/reports) for all projects

•Make project financial sheets to calculate allocated and forecasted job margins

• Doing cost-to-date analysis for all completed projects

• Competency in using department’s (CI) all in-house softwares: CIMS, SharePoint, Structure Builder, Vine etc.

Skills required

Project planning experience

Project financial acumen

Experience in Tele-power (pref)

Mechanical or Electrical trade

Great interpersonal Skills
