About the company:
Our client has seen huge growth in the last few years and is looking to bring on a Project Administrator who will compliment and grow with the team. Real opportunities to work alongside a wealth of knowledge within the construction industry and work your way up to a Project Manager role internally. Opportunities for both internal and external training will be available to the employee to support them on their journey.

A family owned, South Australian company, quickly rising and becoming a leader in their field. They are looking after a number of commercial contracts, with most business coming from word of mouth and industry referrals - a testament to their service standards and relationships.

With the average age being approx mid-30s (and definitely some outside of this bracket that also love it!). They’re a lively, motivated bunch who work hard, and still have a little fun along the way, always looking for opportunities to improve and adapt to the ever changing market and climate.

Duties include:

  • Keeping on top of schedules and deadlines and status reporting
  • Stakeholder management (internal and external)
  • Participating in internal meetings and distributing communications
  • R.F.I. management
  • Variation management
  • Document and data management/control
  • Assistance with financial reporting
  • General administrative assistance including email management and data entry

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage high workload and expectations of stakeholders
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Natural problem solver
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong computer and MS Office suite skills
  • Proven planning and organisational skills
  • Project administration experience in civil or residential construction, manufacturing ideal
  • Process development and implementation experience ideal
  • High level of customer service and professional phone manner

Depending on experience, the salary will be negotiable between $60-$80k p.a.

This is a permanent opportunity, based in the Northern suburbs (Elizabeth area).
