Project & Executive Support Officer

  • Project officer/team assistant role based flexibly working from home and Rhodes
  • 6-month fixed-term contract (direct with client)
  • Paying $60-$67k salary pro rata + super

Are you an experienced Project Officer and/or EAlooking for an exciting opportunity in sustainability? Make a difference to the wider community with your operational and admin support in the not-for-profit sector!

Overview

  • Mixed EA/Project Officer role providing support Project Team, COO and CEO support
  • Based WFH and in Rhodes – conveniently located next to the station
  • 6 month fixed-term contract (direct with client)
  • Working full-time hours 37.5 hours per week
  • Paying $60-$67k pro rata + super (incl. sick leave & annual leave)
  • Varied support role with elements of executive support. office management and team assistant
  • Environment: passionate, friendly, close knit team, accessible higher level management

Your new role

Working in the department you will be responsible for:

  • Diary & inbox management and executive support duties to the COO and executives
  • Providing project administration and operational support to the project team
  • Tracking project objectives and their delivery
  • Communicating project updates with key stakeholders
  • Provide general office management and team assistant support
  • Organising meetings and prepare relevant papers

Criteria

  • Excellent EA/PA, team assistant or office all-rounder experience
  • Strong project coordinator/officer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A can-do, positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills working with wide-ranging stakeholders
  • Competent in research, reporting and analysis (Excel)
  • Proven experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced, multi-faceted role
