    Based southwest of Sydney, a local council is seeking Project Managers to join their Project Delivery team. The council's capital works budget has increased extensively, and the project's delivery team is growing exponentially. Joining this team will mean you are joining a team of professionals that are seeking like minded delivery focused Project Managers to deliver key community projects.

    In this position, you will be tasked with managing projects through the entire project life cycle. You will review draft design documentation to assess constructability and/or possible omissions. You will develop technical requirements for request for quotations or tenders (RFQ or RFT) on reviewing of specifications and drawings for inclusion with documentation and you will manage the construction delivery of assigned projects via external contractors and service providers.

    To be considered for a Project Management position, you will hold tertiary qualification in either Construction, Building, Civil or Environmental Engineering. You will have extensive experience in managing various aspects of projects with an aptness for stakeholder engagement and experience in the delivery of a variety of projects across most project asset classes.
