We have an immediate requirement for a systems/ process driven Project Manager to join a leading tier 3 builder who is making plans for 2025.
Overview:
This is a great opportunity to join a well resourced company who have established themselves across several key markets including government, education and retail. With a steady pipeline of projects ahead of them, they’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team. They are seeking a process driven PM with an eye for detail who can be one step ahead of the program, being able to take your project team and client on the journey, being across any potential upcoming hurdles that may arise. You will have excellent problem solving skills, experience in creating reports and documentation and have strong stakeholder management experience.
Requirements:
- A degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record in the 2nd/3rd tier construction market
- Delivered projects from $5M-$20M
- Key skills in systems and processes
- Project forecasting / preparing monthly reports
- A clean driving licence is essential
- First class communication skills
