3 month initial contract, potential 6 month extension.

Project Manager.



Randstad are proud to partner with Queensland Government and are currently recruiting for a Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Full scope project management, procurement, tendering and contract management.
  • Undertake site inspections and develop scope of work.
  • Providing technical and project management expertise in relation to the refurbishments, newbuilds and maintenance of a wide portfolio of assets.

Essential:

  • Project management qualifications and/or extensive experience in full scope management of major and minor maintenance and construction projects.
  • Experience in Negotiation and liaison.
  • Well developed understanding of government policy.
  • Sound experience in building, civil or construction.



It is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
