  • Initial 3 month contract

  • Well funded Government agency
  • Paying up to $700/day + super

Randstad is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support information management projects for a significant reform. You will coordinate existing resources and vendors to achieve delivery of products or outcomes within a time frame and assist internal staff in the scheduling of work.

Key accountabilities:

  • Use project management skills to assist in the design, build and support of data collection and reporting systems and processes to meet business needs.
  • Develop and implement tools and processes to assist staff in scheduling of work and adhering to timelines.
  • Schedule and run regular project meetings.
  • Track and report project status.
  • Prepare relevant project documentation where required.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and vendors as required.
  • Any other duties directed by the Manager of Information Management and Policy.

Key challenges:

  • Being responsible and accountable for coordination of resources to produce outcomes to an agreed timeline.
  • Working with a range of staff across teams and with multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders in developments and report design to ensure requirements are understood and documented.

Essential requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management of multiple small projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective engagement and coordination of a variety of stakeholders.
  • Skills in developing project and individual schedules and creating tools to support staff.
  • Project Management qualifications or relevant industry experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
