This role will requires:

A candidate who can plan and deliver minor works projects within Hospital Environment. Working within a larger Infrastructure and Asset Management team you will be responsible for carrying out preapproved projects to improve/redevelop the current facility to ensure that it is capable of managing future demands. The project manager will be responsible for quality assurance for maintenance and refurbishments with the facility and to ensure each project is delivered successfully and timely.

Must have experience working with:

  • Must have experience working in a Hospital Environment.
  • Construction, Infrastructure or New build project management experiences.
  • Demonstrable experience in delivering electrical infrastructure projects, from concept to delivery.
  • Strong negotiation experience and decision making skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of planning and prioritising projects, managing contractors, formulating documentation to a high standard and ability to communicate clearly with a large number of stakeholders.

It is not mandatory but a tertiary degree in engineering or asset management would be highly regarded.

It is expected that the successful candidate will possess strong oral/written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. They will display initiative, attention to detail, and have the ability to work autonomously and unsupervised whilst contributing to the wider team's objectives of ensuring service delivery exceeds expectations.
