• Create and maintain project documentation in accordance with program requirements and methodologies based on MSP and Prince2;
• Lead the delivery of project outputs in accordance with project schedule, budget and quality standards;
• Manage and coordinate procurement and vendor management activities in a government environment
• Manage vendor / partner relationships and delivery timeframes; and
• Manage technical and business stakeholder relationship

• Demonstrated experience managing, planning and executing Information and Communications Technology projects, or components of major ICT programs.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in project management and recent delivery of complex projects
• Demonstrated understanding and accreditation of Prince2, Projects In Controlled Environment version 2 methodology.
• Formal information and communications technology qualifications from a recognised tertiary institution or demonstrated skills and experience.
• Demonstrated experience in delivery of information/records management solutions and/or digital records transition activities
