Overview:
Our client is an established multi-discipline contractor who is currently in a growth phase and seeking a Project Manager to be site based in Bendigo.
About:
This position may either suit a process driven Construction Site Manager with first class administration skills or an established Project Manager looking for their next move. Our client has an enviable trading history and have established themselves as a builder of choice with several well known development groups. They’re seeking a well rounded Site/ Project Manager who can hit the ground running on a large regional industrial project, being able to take ownership of the job, liaise with authorities, consultants and drive the site team. Ideally you will have worked on projects with precast panels, steel frames and mobile cranes and overseen groundworks.
Duties:
- Manage PCG meetings
- Liaising with consultants and authorities
- Financial programing and project forecasting
- Manage Site safety
- Budget Management, Control and Negotiation
- Programing subcontractors
Requirements
- Experience of building projects with a structural component
- 5 Plus years exp of running commercial new builds
- Trade or tertiary qualified
- Ran projects in the $3M to $8M range
- Run the site safety
- Buildpass, Procure & MS Projects software experience
